Dean just managed to stop the teenaged part of his brain... which was roughly 70-80% of it from asking about her long hard day. He was able to tear his eyeballs away to notice the drink, and accepted the glass from her when it was offered. Good smooth with hardly any burn, clearly the good stuff.
